Project Management
I've watched others do it, and I've done it myself (in a previous life) ...
Running roughshod over the client team making the business processes fit the software, pushing needed features off to some future phase, and moving-on to the next project in the queue.
Rarely does the client have a Project Manager strong enough to control the agenda of the implementation and work effectively with the team who sold and will implement the software.
Reach IT will ensure that:
-
the necessary feature set will be assigned to the appropriate phase (scope)
-
identify and engage the appropriate resources
-
define the timeline
-
ensure completion on-time and within budget
-
expertly manage all communication with stakeholders
-
identify and minimize risks
-
manage the change order process
